Good Graze Organic Coconut Sugar is obtained from the sap of the coconut flower, which is naturally processed to obtain coconut sugar. No chemicals are used in the processing. The farms where these coconut trees are grown are organic certified as well. Organic Coconut sugar is a better alternative to table sugar which is chemically processed.
