An artist, First, manually shape carves the wood using natural leaf impression.
Thereafter, a heavy brass sheet is pasted on the leaf which is delicately hammered for hours using a mallet to give it the perfect shape.
The outer frame of the leaf is coated with four layers of black colour, Every time you see the leaf you can imagine the work of fine Indian craft.
