Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days except custom orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
Shipping Charges Outside India
The shipping charges for orders to be delivered outside India will be applied according to the rates provided by, preferably, FedEx or other shipping carriers.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped. The email will also contain the tracking number(s) to check the status of your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order is shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Alternatively, you can track your orders by going to the “My Orders” page and clicking on the order number generated at the time of placing the order. There you can see our string of process right from placing the order to delivery of the order.
In case you choose to pay through COD option, nominal COD charges will be added to the order amount.
