However, we'd be happy to exchange it / offer store credit (please note: the store credit has to be used in one go) in the following cases:
Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused. You can email us at ecom.support@anuna.in with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 7 days of receiving the products.
In case of a Defect in the Product
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or the customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
We DO NOT offer monetary refunds. No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are sent into production.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at ecom.support@anuna.in with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange / Return for International Orders
No exchange/return is applicable on international orders. For any size-related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
