Made by Self Help Group of rural women of ethnic Mithila region using desi jimikand, garlic, ginger & green chillies.
This pickle of homegrown is hot, sour & spicy in taste. Natural Pickles are made using the best quality ingredients, which makes the pickle healthier and tastier while retaining the traditional touch! Being tangy, spicy and an all-time favorite, this pickle is made in mustard oil and is healthy and tasty, just as delicious as grandma's traditional pickle! A Sour and spicy to unravel a hidden layer of taste of these pickles, this relish is best enjoyed with rotis, pooris, rice with yoghurt or just plain steamed rice.
Storage Instructions: Retain a layer of oil in the top, till the content is over. Use a dry spoon only. Do not expose to direct heat or sunlight. Avoid finger contact.
