Organic Ceylon Premium Quality Cashew Nuts - Pure Natural Organic and Hand Picked

Culinary uses for cashew seeds in snacking and cooking are similar to those for all tree seeds called nuts.

The cashew tree (Anticardium occidental) is a tropical evergreen tree that produces the cashew seed and the cashew apple pseudo fruit.

The cashew seed is commonly considered a snack nut (cashew nut) eaten on its own, used in recipes, or processed into cashew cheese or cashew butter. Like the tree, the nut is often simply called cashew. Cashew allergies are triggered by the proteins found in tree nuts, and cooking often does not remove or change these proteins.

Thanks to the high content of iron, they contribute to the better circulation of oxygen in the cells, which prevents anemia while at the same time the zinc they contain strengthens the immune system and good vision. And they are not the only ones. Magnesium is another element that we will find in excess in their composition (30 g of cashews contain about 25% of our daily dose). It is an element that helps reduce blood pressure while at the same time is vital for bone health since 2/3 of the magnesium in the human body is found in our bones.

Speak for cashew nuts would be incomplete if we did not mention its high copper content. It is the metal that plays a key role in a range of processes from the absorption of iron which in turn helps to eliminate free radicals, bone growth to the production of the pigment melanin for skin and hair. In other words, the one that gives your hair its natural color. In addition to their nutritional benefits, cashew nuts prove their value to the body with another super property. Thanks to the amino L-tryptophan, a substance that is converted to serotonin in our brain, they promote the feeling of joy. In other words, it is a natural antidepressant.

To enjoy their maximum benefits, avoid baked goods with salt and prefer raw and unsalted.

How can you consume them other than raw? You can make cashew butter.

A perfect ingredient in Indian cooking main course (such as Biryanis to Bisi Bele Bhaat), sides (such as Dum Aloo, Afghani Paneer), sweets (such as Kaju Katli, Pongal) & desserts (such as sheeras, basundi & paal Payasam). Suits confectionaries & bakery needs too.
